Return and Refund Policy

We want you to have the best experience with Forward Protein gummies.

You can return any unopened pack within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will refund you for the full value of your order. If your refund request is outside of the 30-day guarantee, we will be unable to issue a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Forward Protein can only issue a refund for the first pack of our products. Subsequent orders as part of a recurring subscription do not qualify for a return. A single pack of product qualifies for a return if multiple one-time purchases of any product are made on a single order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Forward Protein reserves the right to approve or deny any return or refund request within or outside of the above stipulations.
